Sunmark Financial Gives Charity's Capital Campaign a Boost

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Sunmark Financial Services, LLC has raised $12,585 during its fourth Annual Charity Golf Event to jumpstart the Schenectady Family Health Services capital campaign. The organization will soon have a new home where they will offer medical, dental, mental health and nutrition services to local Hamilton Hill and Vale residents. “Their Charity Golf Classic is a wonderful opportunity that Sunmark Financial Services provides to the not-for-profit agencies in our community,” said John Silva, executive director of Schenectady Family Health Services. “We’re very excited to receive this seed money for our $4 million capital campaign. The new location will allow us to better serve the needs of the un- or under-insured in our community.” Each year, Sunmark Financial Services chooses a different local charitable organization to receive the proceeds of their Charity Golf Classic based on need and the community they serve.
