MADISON, Wis. – It’s that time of year again when the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council begins accepting nominations for the Best Practices awards. The awards recognize outstanding new marketing and business development approaches with potential for universal application across the credit union movement. Award winners will be selected based on strategy, process, application, and results in the following four categories: Business Development; MCIF Strategies; Name Change/Identity/Branding; and Sales Culture Development/Incentive Programs. Entries must be received by January 5, 2004. In addition, award recipients must be present at the 2004 CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council Conference March 10-13, 2004, in Miami Beach, Fla., to deliver a 10-15 minute PowerPoint presentation on their entries. Award winners in each category will receive a $300 honorarium. For more information on entry procedures, contact Cheryl Sorenson, at (800) 356-9655, ext. 4393 or by e-mail at [email protected].
