NEW ORLEANS – Over 300 credit union leaders traveled to New Orleans last week and they weren't at a credit union conference. They attended the Bank Administration's (BAI) Retail Delivery Conference. The conference has grown in popularity among credit unions in recent years. It is a showcase for technology vendors and other serving the financial services market. According to BAI officials, there were 2,500 attendees this year, however there were another 3,000 people when counting vendors and BAI employees. CUNA, CUNA Mutual Group, and U.S. Central hosted a reception for credit union attendees at the conference.
