(imagic), has signed six clients to its item processing centers. imagic, a subsidiary of credit union data processor Open Solutions Inc., is a provider of checkimaging, COLD and document imaging technology centers. Full inclearing and POD capture, balance and posting are performed at the imagic processing centers in Simsbury, CT and Utica, NY. Financial institution employees have access to imaged statements, e-mail statements and Web browser research. The financial institutions' customers have access to check images via the Internet and their home computers. The imagic outsourcing center produces CD-ROM and DVD output of images and statements for the financial institutions. imagic opened its two item processing centers in September of 2003.
