TROY, Mich.- Credit union data processors continue to answer the call from credit unions for more efficient member service capabilities. GalaxyPlus, a Fiserv data processing subsidiary subsidiary, has introduced Member Relationship Plus, a turnkey call center system for credit unions that tracks issues of members and non-members faster and more accurately, according to the company. It allows credit union staff to complete an electronic ticket for each call or visit received, which can then be assigned to a particular employee or department for resolution, searched by various fields, or used to generate reports. Optional features include a knowledge base, which allows credit unions to keep a database of procedures, processes and other information needed to answer questions quickly and correctly. It also offers screen pops that allow representatives to know which member is calling and what their last call was about before picking up the phone.
