Nevada Federal Credit Union, Las Vegas, has named Charles D. McCluer vice president of information technology. Rogue Federal Credit Union, Medford, Ore., has named Gene Pelham executive vice president. DM Federal Credit Union, Tucson, Ariz., has promoted Cindy Brainer to Valencia Road branch manager. Sterlent Credit Union, Pleasanton, Calif., has named Richard Nice vice president of lending. Global Credit Union, Spokane, Wash., has named Mariah Blakeway human resources office assistant; Pamela Benton computer operator specialist; and Kelly Cochran marketing representative.
