SAN JOSE, Calif. – Technology Credit Union continues the growing trend of credit unions adding member notification functionality to their online banking systems. The CU announced that eNotifications are now available to any member who logs on to Tech CU’s online banking site. They can receive personalized e-mail notifications and alerts about the status of their accounts. The service is free. “Members don’t have to spend precious time checking their accounts for certain activities because they can get notified through an automatically generated e-mail about their account balances, direct deposits, ACH transactions, check activities, and deposit reversals,” said Victor Smilgys, Manager of eCommerce for the CU. “An additional benefit of eNotifications is that members can avoid monthly minimum balance charges or late charges by having more control and knowledge over the status of their accounts.”
