MADISON, Wis. – Credit union executives, get ready for boot camp. CUNA has designed a four-day “Executive Boot Camp” training event as part of its October educational offerings. With a focus on pragmatic and motivational exercises the program provides training on practical issues like change management, competitive analysis, team building, and effective use of the media in crisis situations. Attendees will work in teams or pairs for every exercise. Boot Camp kicks off October 12-15, 2003 in Durham, New Hampshire.
