MEXIA, Texas -Soon Centex Citizens Credit Union members who shop at Wal-Mart will also be able to do their banking at the store. The $30 million credit union has recently purchased land in front of a local Wal-Mart and plans are underway to build a branch financial center to be completed in May 2004. According to CCCU President Janis Massey the move is "just what members have been asking for -a branch that is closer to the heart of their daily routine." The new facility will house a multi-lane drive-through and ATM, and a full-service lobby, including loan officers.
