SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Credit unions serving the firefighter community are gearing up for the second annual Firefighter's National Credit Union Conference. Miami Firefighters CU CEO Grant Sheehan will be moderating what has been labeled "the most anticipated segment of the conference" – the Firefighters Roundtable Discussion Group. During the roundtable, firefighter credit unions have an opportunity share experiences and solutions to such challenges ranging from expanding FOM without dilution of current FOM and staying competitive by using data solutions for services to marketing in the smaller credit union and how to leverage the firefighter community in credit union legislative issues. Conference attendees will determine actual roundtable discussion topics. The conference has been scheduled to run October 9 -11.
