Credit Union ONE, Ferndale, Mich., has teamed with the Brownie troop 1510 to donate UNO cards to patients at the Children's Hospital of Detroit. Over 500 packs of playing cards and a donation of $750 were generated through several fundraising events. Redstone Federal Credit Union, Huntsville, Ala., has donated a 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited to lucky member Ronald D. Frame. RFCU held a four-month promotion focusing on six different financial products. For each new product a member signed up for, they were eligible to enter into the drawing for the Jeep. Redstone FCU is the first financial institution in the area to give away a vehicle in a marketing promotion. Robins Federal Credit Union, Warner Robbins, Ga., has recently hosted a Red Cross Blood Drive. The blood drive was open to anyone who wished to give the gift of life. The donations given during the Blood Drive will help the Red Cross save 56 lives.
