ALBUQUERQUE – CU Succeedr, the teen financial education program, has recently signed up its 200th credit union. Launched in August 2001, the program, a joint venture of 28 credit union leagues across the country, was developed by the New Mexico Credit Union League Services Corporation as a way to help credit unions attract and educate teen members. In addition to publishing a quarterly financial newsletter for teens, regularly updating a customized Web site for each member credit union and offering educational brochures on a range of topics, the program now helps credit unions host in-depth teen seminars.
