MADISON, Wis. – For the fifth time, CUNA Mutual Group, CUNA & Affiliates, CUNA’s Technology Council and the Information Technology Credit Union Association are teaming up to find out more about serving members online. The credit union groups are working on a research project with the Consortium for Global Electronic Commerce at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A key part of the research will be a survey of credit union CEOs on the use of Web metrics and analytics. There will also be a Best Practices section. The research will debut at CUNA’s GAC next year. Issues likely to be addressed in the survey include: *Is your Web site successful? How do you know? *Are your Web strategies and investments paying off? How do you know? *What should be measured? *What processes and technologies are credit unions using to support/enable measurements?
