OLYMPIA, Wash. – Washington State Employees CU's more than 120,000 members received more than $103,600 in real estate broker rebates during 2002 as a result of the credit union's Member Benefit Services program. WSECU's six-year old Member Benefit Services program allows members who use Member Business Services as their broker, to receive up to a 20% rebate on the buying or listing side of the real estate commission. Members can receive rebates when they use MBS as their broker both to sell their home, as well as buy another. Washington State Employees CU is the second largest CU in the state. It has more than $991 million in assets.
