CLEVELAND – KeyCorp has added over 870 ATMs to its surcharge free ATM Network, spreading the network to nine additional states by adding SouthTrust Corporation, a bank based in Birmingham, Alabama. Key's agent bank program currently provides national and regional ATM access to financial services clients in California, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Maine, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington. Key also offers its agent bank services in Alaska, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Utah and Vermont. The news states include Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. "The expansion of our agent bank network through the addition of SouthTrust positions Key more than ever as the leader in agent bank services to smaller financial services companies," said Sarah Grotta, senior vice president, Key Consumer Payment Sales. "We are offering the expanded network to our existing agent bank clients first and then to prospective clients who are looking to expand their reach through a non-reciprocal ATM network arrangement."
