Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St. Paul, Minn., chief information officer Keith Malbrue, has been elected as a director for the national Ultradata Executive Committee. Research Federal Credit Union, Warren, Mich., has promoted the following staffers: Gary A. Sylvester to vice president/chief lending officer; Susan Setera to director of member services; and Martin R. Carter to executive vice president. In addition RFCU has named Daniel P. Munro director of technology projects. Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, has appointed Connie Schulze political specialist for the government affairs department.
