BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – The $1.2 billion Affinity Federal Credit Union recently launched Online Statements to great success. In the first month more than 1,400 members have signed up for the service. Members need to be registered users of Affinity's Internet banking service and must sign up to receive Online Statements. There is no charge for the service and members receive an email reminder when statements are available for viewing. By electing to use the Online Statements service, members must agree to discontinue receiving paper statements in the mail. Approximately 52,000 Affinity members are registered Internet banking users. With the addition of Online Statements, Affinity members can more effectively and efficiently manage their finances 24 hours and day, seven days a week. It has a high-tech membership for sure. Among Affinity's largest sponsor groups are AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Saint Clare's Health Services. For more information about Affinity, visit www.affinityfcu.org.
