GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. has snagged another big credit union client for its transaction and integration processing services. Addison Avenue FCU, a 123,000-member institution based in Palo Alto, Calif., will use OSI's open architecture The Complete Credit Union Solution and CRM/business intelligence solutions, as well as consumer and mortgage loan origination software from OSI subsidiary Sound Software, OSI announced Wednesday. The $1.7 billion credit union, formerly known as Hewlett Packard Employees FCU, has been a Summit Information Systems core client, according to Callahan & Associates listings. Other big CU signings by OSI recently include Bethpage FCU ($1.5 billion/AFTECH) and Boeing Employees Credit Union ($4.4 billion/USERS). "Open architecture means that we can easily integrate the core processing system with the other applications and technologies we need to run our business," said Paula Hoelker-Williams, Addison Avenue's CIO.
