BOSTON – There was a lot of anticipation from NAFCU attendees for the Friday night baseball game at historic Fenway Park between the visiting New York Yankees and home team Boston Red Sox. The game did not disappoint. It was a classic game that had all the elements of a barnburner. The Yankees pulled it off by just one run, winning 4-3. Just before the first pitch, NAFCU President/CEO Fred Becker was introduced on the field. Over 1,000 NAFCU attendees piped up to cheer him on. Prior to the game, NAFCU attendees were treated to dinner and fun and games at Jillian's, a three-decker restaurant/arcade just across the street from Fenway Park. All game attendees were given a blue NAFCU "Take me out to the ballgame" t-shirt.
