RICHARDSON, Texas – Constitution State Corporate CU President/CEO David Addison is leaving the corporate to become CEO of Texans CU. Addison is leaving the corporate network, but he goes from one billion dollar institution to another. Constitution currently has $1.4 billion in assets, while Texans CU has $1.2 billion. Addison has led Constitution for the last three years. Prior to that he was VP of E-commerce, Payment and Technology Services at U.S. Central. He was also president/CEO of Louisiana Corporate for four years. Jim Bryan, who has served as Texans CEO for the last 28 years, will retire on August 31. This news broke on deadline.
