Delta Employees CU, CU National Mortgage Reach Agreement

ATLANTA – Delta Employees CU, the largest credit union in Georgia, has reached an agreement to use CU National Mortgage to implement the Prime Alliance mortgage solution on the $2.4-billion credit union’s Web site. “Our members work in all time zones, live all across the country, and expect premier service from the credit union on their terms,” said Todd Marksberry, Delta Employees CU’s svp of operations. The Prime Alliance solution will give members access to mortgage information and applications when it’s convenient and suitable for them, he said. CU National Mortgage customizes individual Web sites for credit unions for use by the CU’s members, loan staff, and CU National’s call center. Prime Alliance Solutions serves 60 credit unions, 30 of which are the top 100 CU mortgage lenders in the U.S., and CUSOs representing about 600 credit unions nationwide.
