An OfficeTeam survey finds that half of employees are ready to conduct a job search if they were to lose their job suddenly. A majority of employees keep their resume, references and skills updated and are making more of an effort to reconnect with professional organizations and volunteer groups. Here is how the survey responses breakdown: 39% very prepared 41% somewhat prepared 9% somewhat unprepared 11% not at all prepared
