MENLO PARK, Calif. – When it comes to a job search most employees are following the motto of "Be prepared." An OfficeTeam survey finds that half of employees are ready to conduct a job search if they were to lose their job suddenly. A majority of employees keep their resume, references and skills updated and are making more of an effort to reconnect with professional organizations and volunteer groups.
