North Chicago, Ill. – Who needs Ticketmaster when you have Great Lakes Credit Union? As one of the presenting sponsors of an upcoming concert featuring crossover pop and country-star Shania Twain, the $342 million credit union has been giving away free tickets. The 5,000 tickets will be split evenly among four GLCU locations from North Chicago to Libertyville, S.C. In addition, local country music radio station WUSN US 99 has partnered with GLCU at each ticket give-away location, and will have US 99 on-air talent disbursing two tickets to each person holding a raffle ticket issued on arrival while supplies last. Twain will kick off her world tour in Chicago on July 27, 2003 at Grant Park in downtown Chicago.
