McLEAN, Va. – Internet services firm Online Resources has increased its stockholders’ equity and reduced its convertible notes. The company increased its stockholders’ equity by $4.4 million through a private placement of 1,336,000. It also repurchased $3.9 million Convertible notes at par. Online Resources also proudly announced that it continues to meet the listing requirements to be listed on the NASDAQ. If venerable is a word that can be used with Internet firms, Online Resources is one firm that can be described that way. It has been around since 1989 in the Internet/financial services space.
