ATLANTA-Creditor Resources, Inc. is expanding its training reach. CRI is now partnering with WebEx to deliver credit union training online. WebEx, an outsourcing company to which CRI pays licensing and monthly fees, allows from one to 10 participants at a time, including the facilitator. “WebEx is an excellent training tool for credit unions in remote locations as well as large credit unions with widespread branches,” said Brandon Smith, manager of account development and training for CRI. “Online training is also a great option for credit unions that need to get new employees up and running between CRI visits.” CRI’s online training via WebEx currently includes three modules for insurance training: Presenting Payment Protection, Identifying Payment Protection Needs, and Addressing Objections. CRI’s trainers customize each module based on the credit union’s membership profile, underwriting guidelines, and other factors. The training offered through WebEx can be done individually, but is most effective when the participant uses the web and simultaneously speaks on the telephone with a CRI trainer, said CRI.
