PORTLAND, Ore. -Portland Teachers Credit Union President/CEO Cliff Dias’ patriotism has recently been rewarded. A retired Army Captain himself, Dias has been presented the “My Boss is a Patriot” Award by the U.S. Defense Department for his support of National Guard and Reserve members. PTCU employee and US Army Reservist Nick Styles, who was deployed to the Middle East last January, nominated Dias. “Our community and entire country owe a great debt of gratitude to Nick and the other men and women serving in the Reserve, Guard and active branches of the military,” said Dias. “Nick has undertaken an immense responsibility, and as his employer, we owe it to him to provide as much support as possible.”
