SELCO Credit Union, Eugene, Ore., has named Craig Carpenter vice president of member business services. The Golden 1 Credit Union, Sacramento, Calif., has elected the following officers to its board: Donna L. Giles, chair; James H. Gomez, vice chairman; and Maria H. Cornelius, secretary/treasurer.
