ST. LOUIS – Credit union officials attending the Missouri Credit Union Association's Annual Conference will hear NCUA Chairman Dennis Dollar on day two of the conference review the agency's ongoing regulatory agenda for 2003. Dollar will discuss the NCUA's field-of-membership update effective May 15, and the proposed member business lending rule. Also on tap is a discussion of the agency's RegFlex and risk-focused examination program, as well as the Access Across America initiative. Dollar will speak on May 15. The three-day conference will run from May 14-16.
