OKLAHOMA CITY – Federal Employees Credit Union, which once made its headquarters in the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building here that was victimized by a domestic terrorist bombing in 1995 is changing its name to Allegiance Credit Union. Eighteen of the CU's 33 staffers were killed and 15 were injured in the bombing, six of them seriously. In addition, 125 members were killed. At the time it was the CU's only location. It now has three locations. Allegiance CU was formed in 1963 to serve federal employees. Last year it changed to a community charter serving the Oklahoma City metropolitan statistical area.
