PHILADELPHIA – More than 300 attendees reviewed new technology products and networked themselves at USERS Inc.'s 2003 two-day user group conference held recently at the Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia. Credit union clients learned about new solutions from USERS, including e-mail services and e-signatures, driver's license scanning, non-member loan applications and a Plastics Manager to efficiently manage all plastic card types through a browser-based solution, the company said. The new offerings from the veteran core data processor are intended to help CUs be more efficient, increase revenue and strengthen member relationships, USERS officials said. "There was tremendous enthusiasm and excitement among our clients for these kinds of technologies at the conference," said USERS President Joe Barry. The next USERS client conference – EdCon2003 – is set for Sept. 16 at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, Ariz.
