USA Federal Credit Union, Troy, Mich., has elected Terry Pickard board director and Gary Blash and Glenn Voorhess supervisory committee directors. In addition, USA FCU has named Glenda West vice president of branches and promoted Therese Vollmar to vice president of member service operations. Gateway Metro Credit Union, St. Louis, Mo., has promoted the following three management team members: Larry Pixley to Vice President of automated services, mortgages, indirect auto lending and risk management; Debra Presson to vice president of member services, marketing, training and human resources; and Joyce Thurston to chief lending officer.
