MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Mid-Atlantic Corporate has partnered with a U.S. Central subsidiary to offer broker-dealer services to its members. The partnership is with CU Investment Solutions, Inc (ISI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Central. ISI came into existence after the non-compete between Corporate Network Brokerage Services and U.S. Central was called off, allowing CNBS to serve corporates and U.S. Central to serve natural person CUs with broker/dealer services. Mid-Atlantic Corporate will have a registered representative of ISI operating out of a branch office located at the corporate. Mid-Atlantic will be able to offer permissible credit union investments including; U.S. Treasuries, New Issue Agencies, Secondary Bullet & Callable Agencies, Collateralized Mortgage Obligations, and Corporate Bonds. Mid-Atlantic Corporate has hired Steve Brindamour as their Investment Services Consultant. Brindamour was formerly an Investment Representative with Edward Jones Investments. Prior to working for Edward Jones Investments, Brindamour was CEO of Blue Chip Federal Credit Union in Harrisburg, PA. Beyond his duties as a representative of ISI, Brindamour's role as an employee of Mid-Atlantic will be to assist members with all of their investment needs.
