Nebraska Credit Union League, Omaha, has presented Mutual First Federal Credit Union President/CEO Mark Uden the L.A. “Tex” Gunzelman Professional Distinguished Service Award. This award is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a credit union professional in Nebraska. Uden was recognized for his leadership and dedication to both the community and credit union. Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union, Daleville, Ala., has been named Best in Show by the Southeast Alabama Advertising Federation. The credit union was recognized for its 2002 annual report, which also won a Gold Addy. Best in Show and the Gold Addy are awarded to those pieces that promote excellence in marketing and advertising.
