PASADENA, Calif. and NASHVILLE – WesCorp and VolCorp recently elected new directors. During WesCorp's recent annual meeting in Pasadena, Calif., three board incumbents were elected to three-year terms – Robin Lentz, CEO of Cabrillo CU, John Merlo, CEO of Premier America CU, and Dave Rhamy, CEO of Silver State Schools CU. At VolCorp's recent annual meeting, it elected the following officers to its board: Wayne Hope, chairman (K-25 FCU CEO); Ray Algee, vice chairman (Memphis Area Teachers CU CEO); David Atkinson, treasurer (Eastman CU CFO); and Debbie Salyer (Kingsport Press CU CEO).
