INDIANAPOLIS – Core data processor re:Member Data Services (RDS) has finalized its speakers for the 2003 Strategic Partner Conference, taking place May 18 – 21 in Bonita Springs, Fla. Headlining the event is best selling author Susan Dellinger, who will lead participants in an interactive session explaining how IT executives and CEOs can apply the communications concepts of psycho-geometrics to promote employee and member behaviors that contribute to business and growth strategies. Additional keynote presentations include Counter Intelligence Associates President Tom Glatt who will discuss privacy; Rendel Holdings President Jeff Rendel discussing political action; and RDS Regulatory Compliance Analyst Kathy Pappas, RDS Relationship Manager John Hammond, Evergreen CU President Tucker Cole, and Greylock FCU Assistant Vice President Kevin Zimmer discussing lending and deposits. CUNA Senior Economist Steven Rick will also present an economic update. RDS software updates being presented include demonstrations on the new features in the cuStar core processing package, the Collections module, Document Manager, and the RDSNet credit card product.
