Point Loma Credit Union, San Diego, Calif., has opened its latest branch in Temecula. This marks PLCU’s tenth full-service branch serving Riverside and San Diego counties. First Capital Federal Credit Union, York, Pa., has broken ground on the site of its new main office. The two-story, 16,200 square-foot facility will house a full-service financial retail facility on its first floor and offer access to 24/7 lobby services; a drive-up ATM with more drive-up lanes; and expanded lobby services. The facility will also include second-floor corporate offices and is expected to be complete in December 2003.
