LYNCHBURG, Va. – In an effort to help small credit unions in the state defray the cost of staff education and training, the Virginia Credit Union League has renewed its Bonu$ Buck$ program for 2003. Credit unions can spread the $100 among several league-sponsored training sessions, or they can put the entire $100 credit toward one conference. Almost half of the credit unions in Virginia have less than $5 million in assets.
