FARMERS BRANCH, Texas – Carolyn Merchan Saegert, the former Committee Counsel for the Ways & Means Committee of the Texas House of Representatives has joined the Texas Credit Union League’s legislative team. She begins in her new position Jan. 21. TCUL General Counsel Ann Graham said she is confident Saegert “will be a tremendous asset to the credit union team.
