General Mills Federal Credit Union, Minnetonka, Minn., has opened a new headquarter office. The new facility consists of 15,360 square feet and features a Member Investment Center. Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, Md., has celebrated the opening of its new Operations Center/branch in Edgewood. The 55,000 square-foot facility is APGFCU’s seventh location and features two ATMs, an in-branch online caf and remote teller system. Members and their families were entertained throughout the day with magicians, mimes, jugglers, balloon artists, clowns, food, prizes and giveaways. Pima Federal Credit Union, Tucson, Ariz., has celebrated the grand opening of its latest branch. Refreshments were served throughout the day to members and raffle prizes were also given away. Kelly Tyler Federal Credit Union, has held a groundbreaking ceremony for its latest branch in South Tyler. The 10,000 square-foot facility will house additional staff, video drive-thru lanes, kiosks and other state-of-the-art technology. The facility should be completed by mid-2003.
