University of Colorado Federal Credit Union, Boulder, has celebrated its 50th anniversary. As part of the festivities, which will end on Jan. 21 with a birthday party, there will be 50 days of prizes. Each day, a member will win a set of collector's coins commemorating one of the credit union's 50 years of operation. In addition, staffers have turned back the clock by wearing 50′s attire, and providing 50′s snacks and infusing the lobbies with music and decorations from the 50′s. Ellis County Teachers and Employees Federal Credit Union, Waxahachie, Texas, celebrates its 45th anniversary this year. Chartered in 1958, the credit union has grown to $7 million in assets and over 2,092 members.
