Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, Media, Pa., has named its Chadds Ford office Branch of the Year. The branch was recognized for surpassing all goals set for 2002 and being the first branch to reach nearly $1 million in investments with Members Mutual Company, LLC. Cabrillo Credit Union, San Diego, Calif., CEO Robin Lentz has been presented the Eternal Flame Award from the California Credit Union League. Lentz was recognized for her efforts in supporting Shapiro credit unions here. Shapiro credit unions are those with less than $30 million in assets. Lentz has dedicated countless hours to assisting small unions with strategic planning and other crucial business areas. Educational Employees Credit Union, Fresno, Calif., has been presented the Horizon Award by the Fresno Arts Council for its outstanding contribution to the community. Each year artists, educators, businesses, citizens, and young adults are chosen to receive this prestigious recognition. EECU was recognized for its "leadership, talent, and dedication to artistic excellence".
