WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Credit union data processor Sharetec Systems, Inc. of Minnesota has launched the new 3.0 release of its Sharetec Credit Union System. The 3.0 release provides a Windows Graphical User Interface (GUI) and offers credit unions with direct access to member and credit union information, said Sharetec. The company said it is a completely integrated system providing a Central Information File with access to member services, lending, accounting and administrative functions. Additional features include connectivity through real-time or batch ATM and debit card processing, electronic funds transfers, audio response and Internet home banking. Sharetec is jointly owned by GBS Computer Solutions of Youngstown, Ohio; Bradford-Scott Data Corporation of Indianapolis; Data Systems of Texas, located in Waco; and Texas and Northern Data Systems of Falmouth, Maine.
