WASHINGTON – To offer its more than 40,000 members financial planning services, Justice Federal Credit Union recently partnered with XCU Capital Corp., a credit-union owned broker/dealer. Justice FCU serves the Department of Justice, its bureaus and other groups in the justice and law enforcement arenas. The 13 branches are primarily located in Washington D.C, Virginia, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York and West Virginia. Justice FCU has $287 million in assets. XCU Capital has 24 partner credit unions with 12 being owners.
