Harland celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with Hispanic check designs

DECATUR, Ga. – Harland Print Checking, a division of John H. Harland Company is offering credit unions and members a special “Nuestra Herencia, Lo Nuestro” (Our Heritage, Our Own) promotion to celebrate their Hispanic heritage. The promotion features the company’s collection of specially designed check that celebrate the Hispanic culture . The five check designs being offered are: *Fiesta – a tribute to Latin music and dance; *Tradiciones – a series of vibrant illustrations of Hispanic culture and traditions; *Escenas de Puerto Rico – colorful scenes of island landmarks; *Playa Azul – a series of beach scenes from the Caribbean; *Imperial – an elegant design accented with silver foil. All the check components, including deposit slips, register and “please inspect” and reorder forms are printed in Spanish and English. Charmaine Ward, vice president of marketing for Harland Printed Products said the checks “are a reflection of individual styles, and a promotion like this allows consumers to proudly express their personality or culture, as well as gives our financial institution customers the opportunity to promote diversity and goodwill within their communities.”
