ACCESS Federal Credit Union, Clinton, N.Y., has promoted Melissa O. Cousin to vice president of accounting/controller and Pam Wolcott to vice president of human resources. Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union, Newburyport, Mass., has appointed Peter J. Matthews, Jr. president/CEO. Vermont Federal Credit Union, Burlington, has named Nicole Morris controller and Dawn Heisler St. Albans branch manager. In addition VFCU has promoted Debra Phelps to assistant controller. Quincy Municipal Credit Union, Mass., Board Director Paul E. O’Connell has been appointed Fire Chief for the City of Quincy. Leominster Credit Union, Mass., has elected Justine C. Beaudoin board director.
