Federation of Independent Credit Counseling Organizations, a national trade association representing credit counseling agencies, has named Robert H. Wiorski executive director. Emick Howard & Seibert, Inc., an architecture, interior design, and strategic facility planning firm, has named Russell Thomas design staff architect. Legg Mason Wood Walker, Incorporated, an investment banking and principal securities brokerage firm, has named Warren Ashenmil managing director of its structured finance group. Service Centers Corporation, a shared branching network, has elected the following officers to its board: Co-op Services CU CEO Robert Huston, chairman; Telcom CU CEO Marty Smith, vice chairman; Ahold USA FCUCEO Robert McClosky, secretary/treasurer. In addition, SCC has elected the following directors: Mary McDonald, USA FCU CEO; Gerald Gillikin, Huron River Area CU CEO; Gordon Dames, Mountain America CU CEO; David Osborn, Anheuser-Busch Employees CU CEO; and Laurie Stewart, CU of the Pacific CEO. Consumer Data Industry Association, a trade association for the consumer reporting industry, has appointed Stuart K. Pratt president. MBS Mortgage Company, LLC, has promoted John Teweles to president. In addition, Chris Rodriguez has been named vice president of business development.
