MADISON, Wis. – CUNA has made available its “Guide to Federal Agencies Serving Member Businesses” designed to help credit unions better understand member business lending-related regulations, as well as learn more about lending and support programs available to them and to small businesses from federal agencies such as the SBA, Treasury and HUD. The guide, for example, includes details on the CDFI fund and the Rural Business Cooperative Program. CUNA members can also access information on sample board policies, lending officer job descriptions and credit union and bank fee schedules by clicking on the Business/SEG Services Center button on CUNA’s Web site, www.cuna.org. Additional information on the guide and CUNA’s Business/SEG Services Committee is available by contacting CUNA VP of National Marketing Kevin Lytle at (800) 356-9655, ext. 4001, or e-mail him at [email protected].
