Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, Wis., has named Emily Patterson public relations writer and Marge Ramstack administrative assistant for the compliance resources department. In addition, WCUL has promoted the following employees: Randy Zur to director of information systems; Peggy Bau to information systems specialist; and Pat Blazek to art director. Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St. Paul, Minn., has promoted Dawn Mansergh to director of human resources. Heritage Credit Union, Madison, Wis., has elected CUNA Assistant General Counsel/Senior Counsel Michael McLain to its board of directors.
