USA Federal Credit Union, San Diego, Calif., has elected Jeffrey Laughlin; Timothy McMaster; and Michael Willoughby directors of the board. Global Credit Union, Spokane, Wash., has hired the following Member Service Representatives: Tracey Fowler; Shelly Hogeweide; Sarah Sather; Michele Conlon; Robin Hughes and Alan Plese. In addition, GCU has named Brooke Wenzel, computer operations specialist; Debbie Marie Fletcher, branch manager; Russell L. Wellman, special projects representative; and Dorothy Gallaway branch manager.
