WASHINGTON-Former NCUA Director of the Office of Community Development Credit Unions (now Office of Credit Union Development) Joyce Jackson is joining the Illinois Credit Union League as a regional manager beginning September 4. Just prior to moving over to the league, Jackson was the CEO of First Combined Community Federal Credit Union in Landover, Md. She had previously served as chair of the Illinois CU League from 1992 through 1994 when she was the CEO of Michael Reese Hospital Employees Credit Union. “I, for one, am certainly looking forward to her coming back.I think she’ll be very good,” Illinois Credit Union League Senior Vice President of Member Services Vicki Ponzo said.
